Habe Boots in der Düsseldorfer Altstadt gesehen, leider war meine Größe nicht vorrätig. Kurzer Blick ins Internet und siehe da bei Roy Dunn vorrätig, ein Klick und bestellt..........
Lieferung und Komuniktion perfekt und schnell.
Dann die Boots ausgepackt .....einfach Traumhaft, super verarbeitet, super Optik.
Klar die erste Anprobe ist immer etwas schwierig aber der Trick mit der Plastktütte klappt 1A.
Übrigens der Roy Dunns Shop legt noch ein Extrablatt mit Super Beschreibung zur Pflege und Handhabung bei.
Zum Angebot gehörten noch Stiefelfett und Stiefelknecht und das alles noch günstiger als in der Düsseldorfer Altstadt.
Also alles perfekt gelaufen.....................

Hi all,
Thank you so much for the replacement boots which we received a few days ago, they are a great fit and my fiancé has already worn them.
The service you have provided me has been absolutely excellent and I cannot fault anything you have done. The only hiccup was with the delivery company with the originally boots in Torquay, due to the scan label that they put on the boots for delivery could not be recognised or scanned by any of the scanners in the shop they were delivered to or by their delivery person which was where the problem occurred. Also the delivery note they put through the door had no details written on it at all indicating the item that they had failed to deliver, only a number which I was being told by the voice in the automated voice service did not exist. However that has absolutely nothing to do with your company at all. I have to say that I will not hesitate to recommend your company to friends and family, should they ever be looking to purchase cowboy boots or items, and if we ever visit Berlin I hope I can find the time to visit your store.
